Plano-convex lenses are positive focal length elements that have a flat surface on one side and a spherical surface on the other. These lenses are designed for infinite conjugate (parallel light) use or simple imaging in non-critical applications. These optic lenses are ideal for all-purpose focusing elements.
kinglux glass lenses are made from either the highest grade of BK7 optical glass or fused silica. The fused silica lenses are ultra-violet quality synthetic fused silica. They are best for applications that require either the superior UV or IR transmission, or the improved hardness of silica. We have a vast range of different diameters from 2.5mm to 1000mm and focal lengths from 8.0mm to 5000mm.
